2. Products — Handcrafted Goods

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, by purchasing you acknowledge that:

•       Product colors may vary due to lighting, photography, image editing, screen settings, or device display differences.

•       Handmade, embroidered, woven, printed, or artisan-crafted products may have slight variations in color, texture, stitching, embellishments, or finishing.

•       Our fabrics are hand-dyed; variations in shade, tone, and depth of color between pieces and from product photographs are inherent to hand dyeing, and gradual color softening with wear and washing is a natural characteristic of hand-dyed textiles. Care instructions are provided with each garment.

•       Such variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.

•       Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Tonmoyee is a sustainable, small-batch label. Some items are ready to ship; most are made to order. Made-to-order items are crafted individually after your order is placed and are subject to the crafting timelines stated in our Shipping Policy and on product pages.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to:

•       Change prices without prior notice.

•       Correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed.

•       Modify or withdraw discounts and promotional offers.

•       Cancel orders affected by technical or pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our atelier in Bangladesh and are subject to the processing, crafting, and delivery timelines described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs procedures, public holidays, government actions, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not entitle customers to compensation or damages, to the extent permitted by law. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the designated address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our separate Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary: made-to-order and customized items are final sale; eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit; items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as described in that policy; and a chargeable color restoration (re-dyeing) service is available for noticeable fading after 18–24 months from purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the return, refund, and exchange conditions published on our website at the time of your order.

8. Order Cancellation

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement; after that, crafting is committed and cancellation requests cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, operational limitations, or incomplete or inaccurate customer information. Payments received for orders cancelled by us will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

•       Providing accurate billing and shipping information.

•       Reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before purchase, and providing accurate measurements for made-to-order items.

•       Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

•       Inspecting the package upon delivery.

•       Reporting eligible issues within the timeframes stated in our policies.

Tonmoyee shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
